Tension springs
Tension springs are made of wire from 0.03 to 20 mm thick. Nobi-Stal always calculates tension springs in accordance with DIN 2089-2 / EN 13906-2.
Tension springs
Tension springs, also known as strings, are key components in a wide range of engineering applications. Their versatility and reliability make them an integral component of demanding designs. Thanks to their ability to store energy and release it in a controlled manner, tension springs are ideal for mechanisms where precise force transmission is crucial.
Thanks to their flexibility, tensions are irreplaceable in projects that require precise adaptation to a variety of conditions. Modern engineering uses them to optimize mechanisms, increasing efficiency and safety. Tension springs provide a solid foundation for innovative solutions, meeting professionals' expectations for accuracy and performance.
Nobi-Stal has the ability to mount the following meshes on the tension spring:
- German eyes (double / whole / half)
- Hooks
- English hooks
- Screw-in hooks
- Without hooks
